General Sale Conditions
ORDERS: are considered accepted only upon approval by LE BON.
PRICES: The prices indicated in this pricelists are prices to the public. All payments must be made directly to the account of LE BON Only cash payments are considered releasing. Any delay ascribable to the Purchaser or claim between the parties do not alter the agreed payment terms. In case of delayed payment, LE BON is entitled to issue an invoice for credit collection expenses and interest on delayed payment based on the official rate of discount.
DELIVERY: Delivery terms (4 weeks) are approximate and refer to working days. Uncontrollable events may result in an extension of the delivery terms, non fulfillment of such terms does not therefore entitle the customer to request cancellation of the contract or reimbursement for damage. The customer must check the goods upon unloading The damage of goods caused by the transport is not acceptable . It is necessary to solve it with the transport company. LE BON is responsible for the defects caused by production only.
SALES RETURN: Goods returned shall not be accepted unless specified by LE BON upon written authorisation. The repurchase price for damaged goods or goods without packaging shall be determined by LE BON.
TRANSPORT: Transport is organised by LE BON upon mutual agreement. The risk connected with the transport is upon the customer/transport company. Within The Czech Republic the transportcosts of goods worth more than 10 000 Kč excl.VAT is included in its price. For the goods worth less than 10 000 Kč the transport fee 500 Kč is charged.
